Tim Behrens has been an executive recruiter since 1999. Prior to launching his own firm in 2007 he worked for almost eight years with Management Recruiters International, working with more than one hundred companies and managing major accounts in the Information Technology and Telecommunications world, including Adelphia Business Solutions, British Telecom, XO Communications, Nextel Partners, and Equant / France Telecom / Orange Business Services. He's had some of the best mentors in the business. He has worked with Washington Technology firms, Defense Contractors, Manufacturers, in Aerospace, Unmanned Systems, with Electrical Distributors, Food and Nutritional Product Manufacturers, Voice and Data Cabling Contractors, Data Centers, Cloud Computing, Oil & Gas Companies, Robotics and Luxury Fashion. He is two-time National Pacesetter, filling more than eighty positions one year with one firm, and a member of AUVSI.
